Ishka Fitness offers a number of classes for guests to choose from. The outdoor Summer camp, involving a mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises, is a popular community favourite. Take part in an indoor fitness, dance or pole dance flow class, which are engaging group sessions designed also to build strength and flexibility as well as endurance in a fun environment.

Ishka Fitness also provides tailored one on one training sessions, helping to achieve personal fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or general health improvement. Lastly, the body and mind retreats take place in some of Ireland’s most scenic locations. Become immersed in wellness as these retreats combine fitness, relaxation and healthy living.
