Fionntrá (Ventry) Beach is located in a proposed Natural Heritage Area (pNHA), Fionntrá Dunes and Marshes. It is located to the south west of Ceann Trá (Ventry) village on the Dingle Peninsula surrounding the sheltered bay of Ventry Harbour.

The beach has lifeguards on duty during the summer months and further information can be found on the noticeboard located at the beach.
