Brabazon Restaurant is set in the Garden Village at Tankardstown. The team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce, some of which is derived from the estate’s own kitchen garden and polytunnels.

Both casual lunch and classic evening dining can be enjoyed Wednesday through Sunday. Guests can dine on the terrace in summer or in the intimate surrounds and open fire during the winter months.
