Bailieborough Leisure Centre has a 20m swimming pool which is heated to 29 degrees Celsius. They also have an adjoining baby pool.

The leisure centre features a sauna, a steam room and jacuzzi. There is a wet room and family changing rooms available. There is a disability hoist on site.

The gym at Baileborough Leisure Centre is fully equipped with cardio machines, weights machines, free weights and barbells. There is also stretching equipment.
