Cork City SUP’s experience takes about two hours of which 90 minutes are on the water. The boards have been carefully selected to ensure you avoid falling into the river.

Daily tours are offered on the higher tide which ensures you are almost at city level to see all the sights along the way. The booking system has taken into account tide times so each day is varied throughout the year.

All participants are provided with a wetsuit and buoyancy aid and all coaches are qualified beach lifeguards as well as being ASI accredited instructors.
