The post glacial terrain of Birr’s 18-hole course presents a challenge to the most discerning golfer. Established in 1893, originally part of the estate of the Earl of Rosse, Birr Golf Club in County Offaly offers a wonderful 18-hole par-70 parkland course. It is situated in the centre of Ireland and within a short drive of all major sea and air terminals.
