The Oyster Restaurant offers an exceptionally high standard of both traditional and continental dishes, made using only the freshest of local ingredients. It also has a great selection of fines wines to choose from.
It is one of the more formal dining options in the hotel, offering dishes such as honey roast half duck and grilled Dover sole.

Food is served daily during the summer months, from 6pm until 9pm.
